Description: Nineteen well arranged, open flowers on one well presented, pendulous 32.0-cm inflorescence, borne on an impressive plant with 92.0-cm long leaves; dorsal sepal hooded, chartreuse overlaid dark maroon, reverse mottled maroon-red, puberulent on distal eighth; lateral sepals fused, dark maroon, reverse maroon-red, speckled yellow-green, hispidulous distally; petals chartreuse overlaid dark maroon, reverse finely spotted maroon medially, coalescing along distal margin; lip gold-yellow overlaid maroon on distal two-thirds; column maroon; substance very firm; texture matte; repugnant odor noted.
